February?

Wow, it just occurred to me that February is going to be over this week. I've always known that February is a short month, but this year it seems like they shortened it to a week! If February is almost over, that means that my birthday thank you notes are way overdue, and I should probably get on that.

Speaking of February and birthdays, the month is full of important dates (perhaps that is why it seems to speed by so quickly?). Two people who are pretty important to me have birthdays back to back, so I know that as long as I remember to wish Mark a happy birthday on the 23rd, I can't forget to call Susan on the 24th!

There are two others who have been making February exciting in my life for much longer, though. Both of them have been taller than me for some time, so I can't really refer to them as my "little" brothers anymore, but they're all around great guys. Admittedly, Isaac's birthday was several weeks ago, but as February draws to a close it seemed like a good idea to wish these two the best as they embark on a new year.
